Yes! We believe that our service is the perfect solution for those who want to get their first 3 images edited without any cost.

How can i get quote?

We can provide a quote in 5-10 minutes or less, based on the type of request you make.

How does turnaround time affect the price of my order?

You can choose the turnaround time that works best for you. Our default turnaround time is 24 hours, but when you customize and confirm your order, you can choose from these times: 6 hours 12 hours 24 hours 48 hours 96 minutes 104 minutes 120 minutes.

How to upload images?

There are a few ways you can upload your images in the Evisually. You may upload images through wetransfer, dropbox, google drive and FTP. Please use our email address while transfer images: hello@evisually.com

How to download your edited images?

Download images via Dropbox or wetransfer or google drive

For this option, you'll be displayed with a Dropbox link containing your edited images. Click the link to download your images.

Download images via FTP

For this option, you'll be get FTP account access for download images.

What is your email response time?

We aim to reply to all emails in 5-10 minutes or less. We’re usually quicker than that, though! If you don’t hear from us within that time frame, check your spam folder. And if you still don’t see a response, contact us again.

What happens if I’m not happy with the edited images?

We’re happy only when you’re happy. If your edited images aren’t up to your standards, or if we’ve misinterpreted your needs, contact us through the form on our site. We’ll do whatever we can to make sure your final image files are of the quality and aesthetic you need.

I’m not happy with my edited images. How can I get a refund if I paid for it with Edit Credits?

Use the form on our contact page and let us know what happened, and we’ll get 100% money back without questions asked!
